Orders placed on Softberry are processed as per custom specifications and are non-refundable once confirmed. Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

To place a preorder, the customer selects a preorder product, submits their requirements, and makes a small pre-payment to initiate processing. Softberry then reviews the details, shares the final quotation and approvals on email, and after customer confirmation, the remaining balance is paid before production or dispatch as agreed. Production, quality check, and delivery are completed as per the approved specifications, and the pre-payment is adjusted in the final invoice.

What is Pre-order?

Preorder is a special product type on Softberry Marketplace. Only the products that are specifically created under the “Preorder” type can be ordered using the Preorder process. These products require: 1. Detailed discussion before finalizing 2. Customization in size, material, branding, or quantity 3. Price variation based on specifications and delivery location In Preorder, the customer pays a small pre-payment to initiate processing, and the remaining amount is paid after final approval or before starting production, as per confirmation.

A product will fall under Preorder if: 1. Custom size, material, or printing is required 2. Final price depends on discussion & approval 3. Delivery location affects cost 4. Branding / logo / special finishing is involved 5. Exact specification cannot be fixed instantly online Examples: Signage, custom printing, corporate gifting, bulk promotional items, special packaging, large installations, etc.
