    Most products are customized as per client requirements. Therefore, shipping timelines depend on design approval, production time, and location.

    Orders are dispatched only after final artwork approval and full or agreed payment confirmation. Estimated dispatch time is shared at the time of order confirmation.

  3. Shipping Charges:
    Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on product size, weight, and delivery location and will be communicated before order confirmation.

  4. Logistics Partner:
    We use trusted third-party courier and transport services for delivery. Delivery timelines may vary based on the courier partner and location.

  5. Tracking Details:
    Once dispatched, shipment tracking details will be shared with the customer via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.

  6. Delay Policy:
    Softberry is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, strikes, or any unforeseen circumstances.

  7. Damage During Transit:
    If any product is received in damaged condition, the customer must inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with photos or videos for verification.

  8. Partial Shipments:
    In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple parts depending on production or stock availability.

  9. Real-Time Shipping Updates:
    Customers can message or WhatsApp us anytime for real-time shipping and dispatch updates, as we work on customized requirements.
