By using Softberry’s platform and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You must be a registered business, organization, MSME, startup, or authorized corporate representative to transact on Softberry.
Individuals using the platform on behalf of an organization must be authorized to bind the company to agreements.
Softberry provides:
B2B procurement services
Printing, packaging, signage, and branding solutions
Vendor/partner management
Project execution, quality check, and dispatch services
Technology-driven enquiry, RFQ, and dynamic pricing workflow
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
Users agree to:
Provide accurate business, billing, shipping, and contact information.
Share correct specifications, artwork, and order details.
Avoid fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activities.
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
Review and approve all artwork/proofs before production.
Softberry is not liable for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete user inputs.
Orders are processed only after written confirmation and/or advance payment (if applicable).
Any cancellation after production approval may still incur charges.
Softberry reserves the right to cancel any order due to quality concerns, unavailability, or vendor issues.
All prices shared are exclusive/inclusive of taxes as specified.
Payments must be made as per agreed terms, PO, or invoice.
Delays in payment may result in late fees, delivery hold, or suspension of services.
For credit orders, standard approval and verification apply.
Delivery timelines are estimates based on approved artwork, material availability, and vendor TAT.
Softberry is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, strikes, weather, or external factors.
Any special delivery requests must be mentioned before order confirmation.
All products undergo QC as per Softberry standards.
Claims for damages, quantity mismatch, or defects must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic/video proof.
Softberry’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund (as applicable), not beyond the order value.
Vendors on Softberry agree to:
Provide accurate quotations, GST details, and PO-based billing.
Match final production to approved samples.
Deliver goods on time with proper packaging, photographs, and proof.
Maintain confidentiality of client and platform data.
Accept penalties for delays, quality failures, or policy violations.
Softberry may suspend or remove vendors for non-compliance.
All artwork, designs, logos, and content shared by clients belong to them.
Softberry may use non-confidential project photos for portfolio/marketing unless restricted in writing.
Users must not misuse or reproduce Softberry’s website content, platform features, or technology.
Softberry is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, business, or reputation
Errors due to user-provided content or third-party failures
Softberry’s maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
All client information, pricing, project data, and vendor details are confidential and will not be shared with third parties except for service execution or legal compliance.
Softberry may suspend or terminate user/vendor accounts for:
Fraudulent activity
Non-payment
Repeated complaints or quality issues
Violation of terms
Users may also request account termination with written notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
